Your Responsibilities

  • International sales of high-value capital goods (tools, machines, complete systems, and services)
  • Continuous expansion of sales volumes with existing customers
  • Acquisition of new customers and business development in new markets
  • Independent management of the entire sales process, from initial contact through needs analysis, offer configuration, and negotiation, to closing the deal – with support from specialized departments
  • Ongoing training of international sales representatives
  • Conducting symposiums, product presentations, and trade shows

Your Profile

  • Sales experience in selling technical products, ideally capital goods
  • Technical education or commercial education with a solid technical background
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong drive for success and high level of self-motivation
  • Relationship-oriented personality with excellent social skills and persuasive communication abilities

Salary

The minimum salary for this position is € 57,580 gross per year, based on the attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. Higher salaries are negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
