Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for worldwide customers and partners, including occasional travel to client sites
- Prepare spare part offers, technical documentation, and coordinate worldwide service missions
- Provide technical support for spare part inquiries as part of a closely collaborating team
- Communicate with people from various cultures, as the company’s equipment is used globally
Your Profile
- Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, metal technology, or plastic processing technology (Apprenticeship, HTL, FH)
- Ideally, experience as a commissioning/service and customer service technician
- Strong English skills, both spoken and written, and solid MS Office skills
- Team player with openness to different cultures
- Self-organized, entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach
- Able to handle stressful situations
Salary
The gross monthly salary for this position starts at € 3,208, according to the collective agreement for the metal processing industry. The actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.
