Your Responsibilities
- Lead a group of approximately 20 construction and assembly managers
- Prepare, organize, and coordinate several ongoing construction sites
- Oversee personnel planning, tendering, and contract negotiations with subcontractors
- Act as the first point of contact for construction and assembly managers regarding organizational issues on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations specific to each country
- Collaborate with project teams and act as a liaison between different departments and locations
Your Profile
- Higher technical or economic education or comparable qualifications
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- Strong understanding of processes in international plant construction
- Experience in foreign site assembly is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, and commercial understanding
- Strong communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and confidence in dealing with people
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
Salary
The gross monthly salary for this position starts at € 3,800, according to the collective agreement. The final salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and the applicable collective agreement.
