Your Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning (scheduling, resources, costs) and offer preparation for international projects
• Collaborate with clients and suppliers to resolve technical details
• Manage project tasks independently in areas such as planning, material management, scheduling, qualification, and coordination of orders and installation
• Create technical project documentation for industrial piping projects, particularly in the pharma and data center sectors
• Provide administrative support to the project management team

Your Profile

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a related field (HTL, FH, University)
• Relevant work experience is an advantage, but not required
• Strong MS Office skills
• Good command of English
• Willingness to travel abroad with regular trips home
• Strong communication skills, high willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude

Salary

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2,750.95 in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal technology industry. The actual salary will range between € 2,800 and € 4,000 and will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
