Your Responsibilities

• Conduct service work, repairs, deliveries, and installation of required equipment (batteries, cells, spare parts) at scheduled service appointments
• Active sales of additional products and services, as well as new customer acquisition
• Assess customer needs during service visits and prepare before delivery
• Document activities performed and handle complaints
• Provide short training sessions to customers during delivery

Your Profile

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automotive technology (apprenticeship, technical school)
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Hazardous goods training and C driver's license are an advantage
• Forklift certification
• Team player with a dedicated and structured work approach

Salary

The starting salary for this position is € 2,500 gross per month, with additional compensation in the form of commissions and allowances. Overpayment is possible depending on experience and qualifications.
